NDIS Disability Support Services on the Gold Coast

Our Gold Coast supports extend through the northern Gold Coast and surrounding areas, including Coomera, Upper Coomera, Helensvale, Oxenford, Pacific Pines, Nerang, Southport, Surfers Paradise, Robina, Varsity Lakes, Mudgeeraba, Ashmore, Benowa, Bundall, Carrara and Highland Park. Our support workers understand the Gold Coast community and lifestyle, with connections to local allied health providers and community services. If your suburb isn't listed here, it's still worth contacting us to check availability.

You can start a referral online at any time through our referral form, choosing either a Quick Referral (around 5 minutes, with our team aiming to call you back within 24 hours to discuss your needs) or a Full Assessment (30-45 minutes) if you already have your NDIS plan details to hand and would rather skip the follow-up calls. You're also welcome to call our team directly on 1800 975 313, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM AEST. All information you provide is handled in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

Our current SIL vacancies are at Carlton House, our Supported Independent Living property in North Booval, part of our Ipswich base within the South East Queensland area we serve. Carlton House offers a 1:3 support ratio, with both active and inactive overnight support and fully accessible living spaces. Because vacancies change as participants move in, the most accurate way to check availability is our vacancies page, where you can also arrange a tour. For in-home and community-based supports delivered at your own Gold Coast residence rather than a SIL home, our team can talk you through what's available in your suburb.

On the Gold Coast, INREACH Supports delivers Supported Independent Living (SIL), assistance with social and community participation, assistance with daily life, high intensity daily personal activities for participants with complex health needs, and short term accommodation (STA) for respite breaks. Each service is delivered by our team serving the Gold Coast and can be tailored to your NDIS plan and personal goals. You can read more about what each service involves on our services page.

INREACH Supports is a registered NDIS provider, Provider Number 4050014375, and has been delivering NDIS supports since 2017, with our head office based in North Booval, Ipswich. From 1 July 2026, Supported Independent Living providers are required to be registered with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission and meet dedicated SIL Practice Standards, covering worker screening, independent audits and incident reporting. Providers who lodge a registration application by 1 October 2026 can continue operating while it's assessed, so it's reasonable to ask any provider about their registration status directly.
