All services are provided in accordance with NDIS Practice Standards, Quality and Safeguards Commission requirements, and participant choice and control principles.
Service Eligibility and Referrals
To access our NDIS services, participants must:
- Have an approved NDIS plan with relevant funding categories
- Meet our service criteria and capacity requirements
- Complete our referral and assessment process
- Agree to our service terms and safety requirements
- Provide necessary documentation and consents
We reserve the right to decline services where we cannot safely meet a participant's needs or where services fall outside our registration scope.

- Regular reviews and adjustments may be required
- Either party may terminate services with appropriate notice
Complaints and Feedback
