NDIS Services

INREACH Supports provides registered NDIS services including:

  • Supported Independent Living (SIL)
  • Community Access and Participation
  • Assistance with Daily Personal Activities
  • High-Intensity Daily Personal Activities
  • Short Term Respite (formerly Short Term Accommodation or STA)
  • Medium Term Accommodation (MTA)

All services are provided in accordance with NDIS Practice Standards, Quality and Safeguards Commission requirements, and participant choice and control principles.

Service Eligibility and Referrals

To access our NDIS services, participants must:

  • Have an approved NDIS plan with relevant funding categories
  • Meet our service criteria and capacity requirements
  • Complete our referral and assessment process
  • Agree to our service terms and safety requirements
  • Provide necessary documentation and consents

We reserve the right to decline services where we cannot safely meet a participant's needs or where services fall outside our registration scope.

User Responsibilities

Website users agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information in all forms and communications
  • Respect the privacy and dignity of all participants mentioned on our website

  • Services are subject to NDIS plan funding and approval
  • Participant choice and control principles apply to all service decisions
  • Safety and risk management protocols must be followed
  • Regular reviews and adjustments may be required
  • Either party may terminate services with appropriate notice

Complaints and Feedback

We welcome feedback and are committed to resolving any concerns promptly. Our complaints process includes:

  • Internal resolution through direct communication with management
  • External review through the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission
  • Access to independent advocacy services
  • Escalation to relevant ombudsman services where appropriate

Employment and Contractor Terms

For staff and contractors:

  • Employment terms are governed by separate employment contracts
  • All staff must comply with NDIS Worker Screening requirements
  • Confidentiality and privacy obligations apply during and after employment
