Brisbane · Western suburbs

NDIS support across Brisbane’s western suburbs.

Person-centred support for daily life, community participation and more complex needs—planned around the person, their home and the routines that matter to them.

Local, with purpose

Support that fits life in Brisbane West.

Our Ipswich base places us within reach of Brisbane’s western corridor. Before any service begins, we check the participant’s goals, funding, support requirements and our current local capacity so everyone has a clear picture of what can be delivered reliably.

01

A practical service area

A focused western corridor helps us plan travel, worker continuity and reliable support times more carefully.

02

Support matched carefully

We confirm skills, availability and fit before proposing a start date or service arrangement.

03

Everyday life comes first

Support is shaped around the person’s routines, relationships, preferences and community—not a preset program.

A clear beginning

What happens after you enquire.

We would rather give you a careful answer than promise support before understanding what is needed.

01

Tell us what matters

Share the person’s goals, location, preferred times and the type of support being considered.

02

We check fit and capacity

We review funding, support requirements, worker capability, travel and current availability.

03

Plan the next step together

If the match looks right, we agree on assessment, introductions and a realistic pathway to starting support.

Are you a registered NDIS provider?

Yes. INREACH Supports is a registered NDIS provider, number 4050014375. Registration does not mean every service is automatically funded; the participant’s plan, goals and service agreement still guide what can be delivered.
