NDIS Disability Support Services in Brisbane

Our Brisbane supports cover Brisbane's western corridor and surrounding suburbs, including Inala, Forest Lake, Darra, Oxley, Sherwood, Wacol, Richlands, Centenary, Mt Ommaney, Sumner, Middle Park, Graceville, Corinda, Seventeen Mile Rocks, Jindalee and Ellen Grove. Our team travels out from our Ipswich head office to deliver support across this area, and our support workers know the Brisbane community and its local resources, including connections with Brisbane-based allied health providers and community services. If your suburb isn't listed here, it's still worth contacting us to check availability.

You can start a referral online at any time through our referral form, choosing either a Quick Referral (around 5 minutes, with our team aiming to call you back within 24 hours to discuss your needs) or a Full Assessment (30-45 minutes) if you already have your NDIS plan details to hand and would rather skip the follow-up calls. You're also welcome to call our team directly on 1800 975 313, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM AEST. All information you provide is handled in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

Our current SIL vacancies are at Carlton House, our Supported Independent Living property in North Booval, part of our Ipswich base within reach of Brisbane's western suburbs. Carlton House offers a 1:3 support ratio, with both active and inactive overnight support and fully accessible living spaces. For in-home and community-based supports delivered at your own Brisbane residence rather than a SIL home, our team can talk you through what's available in your suburb.

In Brisbane, INREACH Supports delivers Supported Independent Living (SIL), assistance with social and community participation, assistance with daily life, high intensity daily personal activities for participants with complex health needs, and short term accommodation (STA) for respite breaks. Each service is delivered by our Brisbane-based team and can be tailored to your NDIS plan and personal goals. You can read more about what each service involves on our services page.

INREACH Supports is a registered NDIS provider, Provider Number 4050014375, and has been delivering NDIS supports since 2017, with our head office based in North Booval, Ipswich. From 1 July 2026, Supported Independent Living providers are required to be registered with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission and meet dedicated SIL Practice Standards, covering worker screening, independent audits and incident reporting. Providers who lodge a registration application by 1 October 2026 can continue operating while it's assessed, so it's reasonable to ask any provider about their registration status directly.
