Community Access & Participation
Support to get out, stay connected and take part in activities that are genuinely meaningful to you.

Overview
What this support means.
Community access is not a preset activity program. It starts with your interests, goals and the relationships you want to build or maintain. Support can be one-to-one or arranged in another way that fits your plan.
Support may include
- Social, recreational and cultural activities
- Appointments, shopping and community errands
- Building confidence with travel and local places
- Maintaining friendships and family connections
- Trying new interests and developing routines
- Support to participate safely and independently
