INREACH Supports was established in 2017 with a simple mission: to deliver high-quality, person-centred supports that truly empower people with disabilities to live their best lives. We are deeply embedded in the Ipswich, Brisbane & Gold Coast communities, working closely with participants, families, and stakeholders to ensure every person receives tailored, meaningful support.

We proudly collaborate with Christine Court Assisted Living, enhancing supported accommodation options while maintaining independence and choice for our participants.

Leadership Profiles

Paul Kelly – Director

Paul brings over 13 years of experience in the disability services sector, leveraging his background in law, finance, and business to lead strategic innovation at INREACH Supports. His expertise in systems implementation and compliance ensures efficient, client-centred service delivery that meets the highest standards of quality and regulation.

Cheryn Kelly – Operations Manager

Cheryn is an experienced leader with a background in environmental management and government service delivery. She ensures operational excellence across INREACH Supports by fostering a culture of empathy, responsiveness, and outcome-driven care that keeps participant needs at the forefront.

Grant Kelly – Director

Grant is the dedicated owner of Christine Court Assisted Living and a veteran in supported accommodation with over 20 years' experience. Known for his commitment to inclusive, trauma-informed care, Grant leads with innovation and compassion to empower people transitioning from homelessness to secure, supported living environments.
