The INREACH + Christine Court Partnership

INREACH Supports delivers NDIS-funded personal care services at Christine Court Assisted Living in North Booval, Queensland.

We are separate organisations with distinct ABNs, but our integrated model means seamless service delivery:

  • Level 2 With NDIS funding — Food and accommodation from Christine Court, plus personal care services from INREACH funded through the NDIS
  • Level 3 Without NDIS — For those who only need limited personal care supports

This page is for professionals referring clients who have NDIS access and need Level 2 services.

Who This Is For

Good Fit

  • Client has NDIS access, or access is imminent
  • Needs supported accommodation and personal care
  • Psychosocial disability is primary support need
  • In South East Queensland or willing to relocate
  • Can live in shared accommodation setting

Not a Fit

  • No current or likely pathway to NDIS access
  • Needs accommodation only (no personal care)
  • Primary need is acute mental health treatment
  • Requires 24/7 active supervision (SIL may be more appropriate)
Why NDIS access matters

Personal care services require NDIS funding to be sustainable. We cannot accept referrals where there is no pathway to NDIS funding for the support component.
